Our specialty is sterile vials and we take our business very serious.
All vials are cleaned, washed and soaked (in sporicidal detergent) prior to sterilizing. All vial processing is conducted in our three chamber ISO Certified Cleanroom with the state of the art Getinge Steam Sterlizer and Sheldon Dry Heat Oven to ensure we not only sterilize our vials via steam but also erradicate any pyrogens with our dry heat oven. Our Two-Step Sterilization Process has allowed us to have endotoxin levels of less than 0.03eu and our certificate of analysis will confirm this. We take pride in saying that we've never failed a sterility test in the past 15 years since we've been in business, so you know you're getting a sterilie product.
All vials are shrink wrapped to and packaged accordingly to make sure they arrive safely to your doorstep.
