Requires 620 film or 120 roll on a 620 spool. I tested a roll on this and they photos came out okay, the only issue is the display window for to keep track of where you are in the film roll is missing, so you will have to cover it with something like electrical tape.
The lever at the bottom of the lens activates the shutter and the lever at the top controls shutter speed. Very nice and interesting piece of equipment. Feel free to message with any questions!
