French Air Force flight pants.
The design is somewhat like a salopette, but the pocket design on the hem is unique to flight pants.
French Air Force flight pants are not very common, so you won't see them on others.
An eclair zip is used, and the waist can be adjusted with side adjusters.
The fabric is poly-cotton, but it's thin and has padding, so it has high cold protection.
