Brand new. Never worn. Ordered off DH gate and the size was way too small. Ordered 4x but my 12 year old son can wear them. Only tried on to try and get the right size. He’s around a men’s small-medium. The pants were long on him. They are 40 inches from waist to end of the pants. It does not come with a battery. You can buy that separately. I have 2 combos of shirts and pants. I figure the waist is a 32-36.
