925 Sterling Silver & Deep Pinky Red Ruby / Jade? Ring - Size O1/2 / 56 Hallmarked

Sterling silver 925 ring with lotus flower detail on the sides and what seems to be an oval deep pinky red ruby or jade cabochon gemstone??? There is a slight glittering to the stone. The ring looks handcrafted. There is a hallmark on the inner rim but I cannot make it out - it doesn’t look like a British hallmark. I did an acid test and the ring came out positive for sterling silver. Good used condition. Minor surface scratches and some tarnishing. Has been cleaned and polished.
