Has lots of give. Very light weight. Dont think ever worn. But has been in drawer for a year. Black, greenish hue is slight. Purchased new for daughter to grow in to. Too big. I don't think it has tags but she never showed in it. I think she took tags off. It is very easy card and wrinkle resistant
