With a drill and a dream I began assembling this monstrosity, and time caught up with me and I ended up forgetting about it. It works fine (PC only) but it's lacking stable foundation and the back piece. It also has a disc drive but as of now I haven't yet found it (will update when I do.)

1x PC to x input board and wires (USB connection)
1x unbranded joy stick (square gate)
8x Mayflash F300 buttons
2x unbranded side buttons
Native Parts:
1x PS2 shell (marauded)
1x back plate
1x mini IO
1x power switch and socket
Disc drive will be found eventually ;(
