Laptop runs good, it has been restarted new software like it shows in the pic ready to use, only defects is back part missing the red plastic design. It doesn't affect anything on the performance it's just a little crack, screen had little water mark barely visible, including it's charger(might need to get new one if not ok with this one but will still work, including Logitech mouse with lights that I don't use anymore, last pic i took when i got it how the laptop looks with the keyboard on after changing the colors ^_^ everything as described.
