These regular chrome molybdenum steel probes have 7/8" outside diameter and heat-treated, wear-resistant bits. Swedged on the bit end and bored to 11/16" diameter – providing ideal clearance for easy sample removal. Nine inch cross handle threads onto each probe. 33" soil probes retrieve 13"L core sample. May be used with AMS extensions or hammer attachment(Sold Seperately).
