Antique 800 silver fillagree poison ring. The top does not click closed, but lid stays closed while wearing. Reminants of Hallmark on band, and on inside band. Someone put a picture inside, that I left in place. Size 5.5. Has been gently cleaned, but not polished. Original patina left on, so new owner can decide how much to polish.
