Chinese sterling silver (925 marked underside) dragon cigarette holder. The holder has filigree decorations with bezel set cabochon eyes and head. The stones are black with a slight red tone in the light. It's in great condition and has no tar residue from previous use. The small indention is to place your fingers as you enjoy your smoke of choice.
