Nice collectible piece, The Webster System of Steam Heating, Warren Webster & Co. Camden, NJ. MFG by STAR BRASS, BOSTON PAT. July 30, 1889. As you can see in photos it is in good shape and I have never attempted to clean or polish it. The face plate is in immaculate condition. The key valve is stuck (can be unstuck with lubrication) in the open position. I have used an air compressor to test the gauge and the needle does move when air is applied.
