I have been using it without any problems.
I have used a glass film and case since I purchased it, so there are no major scratches and it looks clean, but it is a used item, so there may be some minor scratches.
There are no accessories, but a genuine smart case is included as shown in the photos, although the size is slightly different.
The battery can also be charged to 100%, but it is a consumable item, so it is sold as is.
