Fully unlocked iPhone 12 Pro Max with 128gb of storage. As you can see from the photos the damage to phone is a major crack on the back and a few on the front. But the phone is fully functional with no charging issues. Its battery life is 80% as of now. Apple Watch comes with the box charger and all the bands you see in the photos. It’s Gps only.
If you’re solely interested in one or the other let me know but both came out in 2020 and could be a nice pair up for someone. Screen protector is also installed on the phone so it’s smooth with none of the cracks getting caught on your finger. Also the iPhone comes with two other well worn cases just because I have them!
