This MacBook Pro is in used tested working condition. I did attempt a factory reset but it may have failed. My login account Apple ID account is not logged in or even a login option but there is a login user Nick with the Apple password nick1234. I have tried to show the flaws in the pictures. If there are any more flaws or issues with the laptop I am not aware of them. The loading seems to work good. The click for me sticks a little or makes it hard to click. Upon being sold it will be bubble wrapped the best I can and shipped in a box. I do not have the original box. This laptop does not update past Big Sur 11.7.9 I believe. Not a 2 in 1 laptop. Original bought price 445.19 on Amazon as renewed. The charger is the 3rd replacement charge not an original. 2.5GHz Intel Core i7 16GB RAM 512GB
