Like new - I only wore once and decided I wanted the 45mm. However, my son got ahold of it and it does have some small scratches on face (shown in pictures). Not really noticeable unless you are really looking for them. I had to move the watch all around at different angels to be able to get an accurate picture to post. The band is S/M. Will include charging cord and can ship in the box.
