Scarce pre-publication editions with limited distribution, intended to garner reviews and for grassroots promotion prior to the books’ official release dates. Two thriller / suspense/ mystery novels by the author of Hyperion / Endymion / Abominable / Drood and many others. Moderate wear to covers, especially around the edges which have some creasing, chipping and small tears. Slight lean and reading crease to spine of Black Hills. Both books have a few instances of split binding though all pages remain attached. Some soiling to outer edges of text blocks and small stained area to top fore edge of Black Hills.
