I prepared camera, back screen, LCD film, and a case when I purchased it, and applied them immediately, so there are no noticeable scratches, but there are scratches on the USB-C port from plugging and unplugging cables
I have never used it without the case.

Regarding the functional defect, there is a phenomenon reported online where the camera restarts repeatedly when launched and zoomed to 2x. There are reports online that replacing the camera unit will likely fix it, but I'm not sure if it's true.
