These are the bottom two tiers to the 4 piece tree. Not the base piece with the light. These two tiers are glued together and have no chips or cracks. There is some haziness in areas and maybe the beginning of crazing. See the last two pics for more details. I have included a pic of a base and the entire 4 piece tree for reference only. Please measure your tree to ensure this will fit before purchasing. Measurements were taken as best as I could. It’s not an easy piece to measure.
Inner circle on top: 3.75 inches
Inner circle on bottom: 4.25 inches
Height: 6.5 inches
Upper tier width: 13.25 inches
Bottom tier width: 15 inches
