This capture card works perfectly (tested it out on my own setup to stream PS5 gameplay to twitch/Youtube). You will need 2 HDMI cables (one in from the console/device you want to play on and one out from the capture card to your PC). You will also need a USB 2.0 cable (cables not included). Set up is super easy and it comes with software, but you can use software like OBS, Streamlabs, etc instead.
