AWF 9321 Commercial Roof Restoration Cleaner & Degreaser Concentrate is designed for professional roof cleaning, restoration prep, and maintenance of previously coated roofs. The concentrated formula removes grease, pollen, light dirt, and other roof surface buildup before coating, repair, or maintenance work. It is especially useful on demanding commercial roof areas where grease is present, including restaurant roofs, HVAC areas, grease traps, and previously coated surfaces. Use AWF 9321 as a general roof cleaner, coating prep wash, or pressure washer concentrate depending on the job. Mix 1:8 for general roof cleaning, 1:4 for roof prep before new coatings or grease-heavy areas, and 1:30 for pressure washer applications. At the 1:30 pressure washer dilution, 1 gallon makes up to 31 gallons of cleaner. Apply by sprayer, mop, or similar equipment, agitate severe spots as needed, and rinse thoroughly for a residue-free surface. Test in an inconspicuous area first if colorfastness is a concern.
