In great condition for 11 years old, other than a stain on the inside as shown. All buckles work perfectly. The accessory strap I bought new, has been tried a few times by me but didn't get on with it so it was never worn for extended periods of time. Can be worn with baby on your front and straps crossed over your back, or baby on your back and straps uncrossed like a backpack. Accessory strap is to help narrow the panel to fit smaller babies. I am a size 18 and can just about get the straps crossed behind my back and waist buckle had a small amount of room left to loosen. From a cat loving home but carrier has been freshly washed and it was always hung up. NEED GONE
