This DIY 12-Foot Long Pink Blush, Burgundy, Rose Gold and Sage Balloon Garland kit includes:
--an assortment of 11” latex balloons in burgundy, rose gold, clear with gold confetti dots, chrome gold, sage green ** and pink blush (this look is achieved by layering two balloons, one inside the other, to create this special shade of blush**(see below for special instructions),
--a 12-foot long plastic decorator strip
--a dual hand pump
--instructions included; time is estimated at about 60 minutes to complete

Balloons will ship flat. This is a DIY kit to be put together by consumer. Pink blush balloons will already come layered, to use just inflate with hand pump as normal and tie off ends. Only the inside balloon tail needs to be tied, and it's ready to go!
