This DIY Twinkle Little Star Balloon Garland kit includes (12-foot garland shown):
--an assortment of 11” latex balloons in white, pink, blue, metallic gold and clear with gold confetti dots (printed on)
--One 35 Gold Moon, one light pink star, one light blue star and one white star shaped mylar balloons
--a12-foot long plastic decorator strip
--a dual hand pump
--instructions included; time is estimated at about 45-60 minutes to complete 6-8 feet of garland, can be made 1-2 days in advance if inflated with air.
