The buttons are Sanwa. The switches are OMRON D2MV-01-1C3, 50g, and the springs have been cut to be equivalent to 40g.
Some of the screws on the back are missing, but this does not affect play or stability.
The USB port only provides power, so if you want to play INFINITAS etc. on a computer, you will need to connect a converter to the PS2 port.
