You can install it with a simple process: remove the pads you are currently using and remove the double-sided tape, then attach the new ones. Some products available online have weak adhesive and may peel off, but this product uses PU leather, and the cushion uses noise-canceling enhanced premium memory foam.
The adhesive on the back is from the famous 3M brand, which I also use at home. It sticks firmly and lasts a long time, so I recommend it.
The second photo shows mine; I've replaced them with red ones. I use them every day, and the double-sided tape is strong, providing stability and allowing for long-term use.
