The strength is measured with the power factor formula, based on door height and door weight. The formula for power factor = door height x door weight. For example: If the door height =15”, door weight plus twice the handle = 9.9 pounds. The power factor is 15 x 9.9 = 148.5. Power Factor (1 Lift): 17-60- Low Strength lift, 61-112 – Medium Strength Lift, 113-156 – High-Strength Lift.
