New with tags. These boots were
originally purchased in 2014 from a now closed down western boutique that was called western bleu. Sold out style hard to come by. They have a distressed worn look to them. The tip of the boot and the heel is painted darker than the rest of the boot,
Can be worn either over knee or can be
folded down, fringe is removable in case you
