Bright Starts baby activity/play gym. Had 2 different ones, got them mixed up previously so this item is the play mat & matching bar set from one set (8669) & entire complete toy accessories set from a different set (9006). Both function the same way just different fabrics & toys with each (see last pic for reference).
Special note see pic 2: The 5 slightly discolored squares at the 5 anchor points are not stains from play. It looks like it is something in the manufacturing (maybe a reinforcement of some kind on the inside since it's at ALL 5 anchor points & are ALL the same size, shape & color.
