This is a Buddy Belt brand pet harness. It is leather, step in with a buckle, size 2.5 and color is Sage. It is new without tags as I tried it on my dog, then realized it was too big for her. I was unable to return since I removed the tag. I ordered her a replacement so definitely stand by this brand. Please see photos for brand measurements.
