I use high quality thermal mailers, however, during warmer months, products can & will melt. You must understand that is out of my control, and you cannot hold me liable for that. When a package sits in a hot warehouse or delivery truck, there's not much any amount of ice packs or thermal packaging will do.
Melting will not affect the product in any way.
