This pretty kitty comes with:

The tail doesn’t technically go with the design, but it does come with it anyway! You’re free to change the design after purchasing!
The head is mainly HQ aside from basic flaws such as slight uneven shaving and occasional visible seams! He is lined, the lining being very high quality and VERY soft! (would recommend for someone who has sensory issues!) And although you may get hotter in it, the mouth is designed to be easier to breathe through!
The tail is an older tail of mine, so it’s medium quality. I’d just like to include it here as a set, but both are available separately! The belt loop is a little wonky, but i’ve worn it for halloween so it’s held up pretty good!
