Vintage Gare Drape tree. I really don't know much about this tree, other than it is highly coveted and very hard to come by. Circa late 70s possibly early 80's. This beauty is 21 inches tall from the top of the tree to the base. It is a little over 14 inches wide at its broadest branch. It is proudly handmade in the USA and signed at the bottom. There are a total of 5 sections to this tree. Each layer is felted at the bottom to prevent chipping and clattering together. The light kit, base and bulb are included. It is painted with a fired on light green glaze. Pictures do not do this magnificent tree justice. The tree lights up beautifully and it's sheer elegance will proudly grace any room.
