Never used Cloth and Paper vanity case but has scuff marks inside of it probably from it being in storage. Will come with the strap. The strap is brand new too. It is covered still in the original packaging . U can see all the plastic is still on the case on the side and handle. Will come with the dust bag that it came in. The bottom portion of the vanity case is scratched up. However this could be from being stored in the basement. However it was stored in a cool environment. This has never been used. Pictures will show how the inside looks. Please be aware this has never been used. I think the scratches etc was from it being stored in storage. Offers are welcome
