974 pages plus a 64 page index, 6 1/4” x9”, very rare 1974 Deluxe Edition by Processing and Books, Inc. the edges of pages are decorated with book block patterns. It appears to be hand signed by Ruth Berolzheimer. This edition has die cut thumb notches on chapters. See photos. This cookbook is from my personal collection of cookbooks. This is a sewn book with hard covers. The spine cover was detached at some point and was reattached with clear tape. See photos of the spine area front and back. There is a inscription on the back of the front end sheet. See photo. It also shows a traditional recipe and page number that cooks hand noted when a particular recipe was used. It doesn’t affect the book usability due to being smyth sewn hard cover. The cover is attached with full printed end sheets front and back. Shipping and insurance included.
