Cutest matching skirt and top set - where the bottom is tiered and elastic waist, and the top also has one tier. Pattern on main fabric is black with off-white dots and secondary fabric is same style but with off-white lines. The size label is kind of weird IMO - marked XS but runs very large - it fit my size 8 M/L body (never been an XS in my life) and I wore the skirt through several months of pregnancy. Measurements below!Skirt is elastic, unstretched flat is 11” but stretches to about 22”. Length is 26”.Top is 22” ptp flat measurement but it is cut where it doesn’t just flow—there is a seam across the bust (about 10” down from shoulder) and the fabric flows below with slight ruching. Sleeves are kind of a capped fit (on me at least) - 7” arm opening. Total length is 23”.
