*** This is an Open Box Return. The 3 pans and accessories show absolutely ZERO signs of use. The heating element on the base does have a couple marks but I truly believe it is just because when it was shipped to us it was not protected exactly as it should have been. We have tested the base though and it is 100% functioning ***
