Wide and Constant Dispersion: Sound at all frequencies radiating from the speaker should be in an even pattern, in all directions throughout the room. Low Distortion and Resonance: No speaker system is distortion- or resonance-free, but Energy has achieved a significantly lower distortion level, a clearly audible improvement. Using the same woofer with Ribbed Elliptical Surround as its larger siblings and the identical 1-inch hyperbolic aluminum dome tweeter, the CB-20 delivers exceptional imaging and a large soundstage, along with impressive bass. Identical drivers allow the CB-20 to blend acoustically with other speakers in its family, making it perfect for use in satellite, surround side and rear applications. Port plugs are included for wall mounting. The distance between speakers typically should be 6-8 feet at minimum for good stereo imaging. The optimum room shape should be rectangular, with the speakers along one of the shorter walls, facing the opposite side. Corner placement is not recommended.
