Lot of 9 Arthropod specimens curated for Entomology ENY5006 / ENY3005 lab. All 9 Florida specimens are curated in vials of 70% isopropyl alc. This lot would be great to add to your insect collection or to assist you in lab.

Notes: The millipede vial solution turns orange over time due to the seepage of quinones, which are defensive secretions contained in their glands that seep out when curated. This is normal. You can pour out the solution and add fresh alcohol, which is usually done 3-4 times before the glands are fully secreted. Springtails & thrips were too small to photograph properly.
