Adapter and charging cable are new and unused.
The main unit is about 2 years old since purchase, but it hasn't been used much, and the battery is at 98%. *Confirmed with Apple.
It has been carefully used indoors with a cover and glass film, so the condition is very clean.
For screen protection, the glass film is still attached. As shown in the photos, the upper right corner of the glass film is slightly chipped. I don't think there are any scratches on the display surface, but it can be removed and checked.
Initialized and activation lock released.
