I used it immediately after purchase in a dustproof and waterproof case, so there are no noticeable scratches.
I think it's been about 7 years since I bought it, but I've stored it without using it much.
Regarding the battery condition, I have initialized it, so the details are unknown, but I probably haven't charged it 50 times.
The dustproof and waterproof case has small scratches, but I think it's in a condition that can be used without any problems.
The box and charger are not included.
To prevent scratches, shipping will be done with the device stored in the case.
