Excellent condition! The outside canvas monogram is perfect. Vivid and beautiful. The inside leather is perfect. Gorgeous without any signs of it ever being used.
The ONE and only call out that I will mention- is back behind the sleeves you can see some little white dots just from its age. Its hidden clear behind the credit cards so you cant even see it unless you pull up the flap, turn your head and look back in there. Even with that being said, this is the nicest notebook holder that Ive had. 9.8/10 condition.
