Exquisite vintage solid sterling silver with gold and yellow gold hand chased barrette
Such a stunning piece of history! Absolutely amazing piece with so much detail! Long oval with one side being wider than the other with intricate hand chased floral Victorian style design. Genuine yellow and gold rose gold embellishments. Stamped “MADE IN MEXICO” and “Sterling” on the back. Clip part is not sterling. Plenty of patina and some fading of the metal on the clip part…so rustic, love it! Unfortunately will not work with fine hair! Would love to keep it, but it doesn’t stay put in my hair. This piece has rustic charm and history….along with beauty!
