This is a denim jacket with a green MAN patch-removal design.
It features a patch-removal process, paint, and damage processing.
Even among the denim jackets with the patch-removal design, which were quite limited in number at the time, the ones with the buffalo patch on the back removed were even rarer, as I recall.
Furthermore, a size 3 would be considered extremely rare.

The condition originally had damage processing and vintage processing. The thread of the second buttonhole from the top is weak, but there are no other noticeable issues. Only the original damage processing is present.
The shape is based on Levi's 557, 558, and 70505. There are green-like designs in places, but the finish that incorporates the goodness of vintage into the present is wonderful.
