Federal Signal Model SW300-012 has 6 single pole, single throw rocker switches for control of many features. Includes the blade fuses on back side. Also includes the dash/console Jotto mount 425-6077 with screws, as shown. Unit was recently removed from working service and has not been tested since then. Includes only what is shown. Installation instructions easily found on line.
