Disc is great shape. No scratches on the data.
The story behind this is when I was a young gamer I bought this game shark from toys r us, but I wanted to throw away the plastic shell packaging and I hated the fact that they didn't give you a sleeve or a case for the disc. So I salvaged the holo foil card packaging and made my own case with a black DVD game case.
It's a unique piece for sure and worst case scenario it can just be sold for the disc alone. At least the disc has a protector now.
