2 months of use still have the Manuel w/remote. bought end of last summer for 500 bucks has a app an remote control 14k btu connects to WiFi so it can be controlled while ur not home turn on before u get home or turn it off if u forget too while your out it is new so it’s quite an gets super cold this was my backup ac can test upon pickup. message me if any questions.
