This is in a peach color instead of yellow with short sleeves with elastic band scalloped neck with an elastic band elastic band around the waist and a simple satin tie. The waist is 18 inch when just hanging but stretches the length is 30 inches from under the armpit. The skirt has a sown in hoop so the skirt stays full with ribbon bows and pearls. My mother is an excellent seamstress and these masterpieces were crafted by her hands.
