Zipper works but needs to be zipped gently, or it gets finicky. There are a few beads missing. There are some loose threads inside and along the exterior side of the dress/ zipper. There are some small marks and tiny holes at the back bottom of the dress. There is a tiny pin sized hole at the top of the dress at the right underarm. These are not noticeable when wearing. Please see all the pictures.armpit to armpit 16.5"waist 13.5"length 61" in front - 71" in backThis would make a gorgeous prom dress:)
