The Detolf shelf system comes with 3 shelves at fixed heights. These clips allow you to place HALF shelves at any desired height, in between these fixed points, and/or add more shelves by using your own glass or board. Each set comes with 2 clips, enough to install 1 half shelf. These clips are designed to insert into the 6mm posts of the shelf. They can easily support up to 35 pounds. These new for 2025 V2 Heavy Duty clips feature an all new flex-lock design and extra wide pads (with optional cutouts for 1/4" rubber/silicone dots, included)Click Here for our Silver setINSTALLATIONHardware is included for each clip. (1x 8-32 x 5/8" screw, 1x 8-32 nut)Insert the 8-32 nut all the way into the hole in the clip, making sure the sides align. Insert the clip into position on the shelf post. Use the Phillips driver to drive the 8-32 x 5/8" screw through the hole on the side of the clip opposite of the nut. The screw should thread through the material and drive into the nut. It should clamp into place around the post.
